ND Stutsman Soybean
The development and release of ND Stutsman in 2017 was made possible through funds provided by the North Dakota Soybean Council. The NDCISA has the rights to the production and distribution of seed.
This variety of soybean was intended to replace Sheyenne and is not resistant to glyphosate. It has a high yield potential and is moderately tolerant to iron-deficiency chlorosis. ND Stutsman has a relative maturity level of 0.7 and features a purple flower, gray pubescence, brown pod color, and a yellow hila with a dull seed coat luster.
To help ensure genetic purity, this variety is protected under Plant Variety Protection Title V and must be sold as a class of certified seed.
